The Dedham Vale Hopper Bus is Back

Good news, the excellent bus service through the Dedham Vale is back for the summer. The hourly service will run from 5th July until 14th September 2014 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The route goes via: Manningtree Rail Station • Flatford • East Bergholt • Stratford St Mary • Dedham • Lawford • Manningtree Town Centre

Ticket prices:

Adult Day Hopper (hop on and off as much as you want to, all day long):  £5.00
Child Day Hopper (up to 16 years of age): £2.50
Family Day Hopper (up to two adults and two children): £10.00
Single fare between villages: Adults £2.00 | Children £1.00
English National Bus Passes and London Freedom Passes accepted.

You can travel around the Dedham Vale (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and Constable Country really easily using this friendly bus service and if you are coming from Colchester, London, Ipswich or Norwich direction,  you can travel to Manningtree by train and hop on the Hopper for a day of relaxing, car free exploration through this lovely countryside.
