Charlie Stocker Fine Dining Pop Up Restaurants

Charlie Stocker chefCharlie Stocker is passionate about food and foraging and he has several, hugely successful pop up restaurants in unusual venues around Essex. Charlie is only 21 years old, but has already achieved a lot in his short career,  including being a quarter finalist on Master Chef (The Professionals) in 2012 and runner up Essex Chef of the Year.

He loves to forage and use local produce in his menus and you can eat his food in a converted sailing loft in Tollesbury (The Loft), in a dining car of a vintage train at Chappel & Wakes Colne (Platform 2) and a vineyard on Mersea Island.
